William Maximoff is the son of Wanda Maximoff and Vision and the younger twin of Tommy. Wanda created him with chaos magic inside the Westview anomaly, a reality shaped like the sitcoms she watched as a child, in a town whose residents she was controlling.
What makes him interesting is what happens when the anomaly ends. He was made, and then he was unmade with the rest of it, and Agatha All Along is about what came back and where it landed. The name he uses on the road, and in the comics, is Wiccan.
