General Dreykov is a high-ranking officer in the Soviet armed forces who acts as the Red Room’s overseer, and the father and superior of Taskmaster. Ray Winstone plays him in Black Widow. The reader who sent this list described him as the head of the Red Room who over the years collected so many women as recruits, which is what the Red Room is.
