An influencer with superhuman strength and a brand to protect, who decided a lawyer was her rival.
Titania is a social media influencer with incredible strength and an obsession with She-Hulk, whom she decides is her rival. Jameela Jamil plays her, and her description of the character is better than any summary: annoying and weird, “all narcissism and ego”, somebody who “almost doesn’t need to use her strength; she could just annoy you to death”. She believes she is the strongest woman in the world until She-Hulk humiliates her in public, and the grudge does the rest.
The head writer, Jessica Gao, wanted to modernise the comics character and give her “a little more complexity”, which turned out to mean social media and brand maintenance. Jamil gave her what she called a very Los Angeles influencer accent, trained in jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and kung fu for the part, and drew on the comics backstory, which the series never shows, for the insecurity underneath.

The writers kept her out of the way at first on purpose, to preserve from the comics the sense that she is a gnat forever buzzing around She-Hulk rather than somebody trying to destroy her, and to let the audience get to know everyone else before she came back.
