A judge at the end of time who believed in the rules more than anyone, and found out who wrote them.
Judge Ravonna Renslayer is a former Minuteman of the Time Variance Authority, codenamed Hunter A-23, who rose through the ranks to become a respected judge, and who oversees the investigation into the Loki variant in the first season. Gugu Mbatha-Raw plays her. Before the TVA took her, she was a vice-principal called Rebecca Tourminet in Fremont, Ohio. The reader who sent this list wondered whether she had feelings for He Who Remains; what Wikipedia records is that she followed the roadmap he left.

In the second season she and Miss Minutes follow that roadmap, left by He Who Remains before his death, to create a new version of him in the new multiverse. They find Victor Timely as a child in the nineteenth century and leave him a TVA handbook, and in 1893, when Loki and Mobius come for the adult Timely, Renslayer, Miss Minutes and Sylvie interrupt them. Later she kidnaps Timely from the TVA with Miss Minutes and X-5, and while they are interrogating him Sylvie’s enchantment makes X-5 prune her.
