Roberto Reyes is a mechanic who was attacked, along with his brother Gabe, by gang members hired to kill their uncle Eli Morrow. Gabe was paralysed and Robbie was killed, and his life was given back by another Ghost Rider on a motorcycle who passed him the power. He lives to look after Gabe, and at night he hunts the guilty.
His arrival is the moment Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stops being a spy series and admits that magic exists in it. Gabriel Luna plays him quietly, which is the right call when the effect budget is doing the shouting.
