The Eternal who actually likes people, and who ends up having to decide what happens to all of them.
Sersi is an Eternal with an affinity for humankind, empathetic and able to manipulate matter. She has loved Ikaris for centuries and poses on Earth as a museum curator, and she becomes the Eternals’ leader after Ajak dies.
She is the film’s argument in one person. The Eternals were sent here to protect humanity from Deviants and were forbidden to interfere in anything else, and Sersi is the one who has spent seven thousand years actually living among the people she is not allowed to help.
