Two teenagers are taken in at Xavier's school by Emma Frost and Banshee, and the students find a scientist harvesting mutant minds to reach the place people go when they dream.
A television film from 1996, four years before the first X-Men film, with Jubilee and Skin arriving at a school run by two teachers the later films would not get around to for a decade or more.
It is not good and it is genuinely interesting, because it shows what this material looked like when a television budget was all anybody would risk on it.

Xavier is not in it. Neither is anybody from the team the films would build around. The school exists, the premise exists, and everything that made the concept expensive has been engineered out.
That is worth seeing once if you want to understand why the 2000 film was treated as a surprise.
