Rahne Sinclair is a Scottish mutant who can turn into a wolf and cannot reconcile it with her religious beliefs. Maisie Williams plays her, and the priest from her village, Reverend Craig, is what she is actually afraid of.
The film is at its strongest with her, because the horror is not the wolf. It is what was done to a child who was told the wolf meant she was evil.
