The last of the three television films, and it does what the title says. Banner has spent thirteen years trying to stop being this, gets close enough to hope, and is pulled into somebody else’s operation instead.

It was made expecting more to follow. There were none, which means the ending lands as the end of a fourteen-year run whether it was meant to or not.
