Arrested for an assault he was trying to stop, Banner is defended by a blind lawyer named Matt Murdock, and the two go after the man who runs the city.
The second television film, and the more interesting of the three, because it is the first appearance of Daredevil and of Wilson Fisk in live action, thirty-five years before the versions this catalogue records elsewhere.
Fisk runs the city and is never called Kingpin on screen. It was also intended as a pilot, this time for a Daredevil series, which also did not happen.
