Hogun, called Hogun the Grim, is a member of the Warriors Three and a grim Vanir warrior from Vanaheim. Tadanobu Asano plays him across all three Thor films.
He is the one detail that suggests Asgard is an empire rather than a country: the Warriors Three include a man from a realm Asgard conquered, and nobody in the films thinks that is worth a line of dialogue.
