Nakia is the argument the first film is having. She is a War Dog, Wakanda’s intelligence service, and years of watching what happens outside the border have convinced her that a country this rich hiding this hard is a moral failure.
The film gives her position to two people: her, reasonably, and N’Jadaka, violently. What T’Challa eventually does at the United Nations is her plan. She just did not get to be the one who broke something first.
