A mutant who controls the weather, which in a film about people who are feared is the power that most looks like a god.
Storm is the character the Fox films most consistently under-served. Halle Berry plays her for four films and is given the jet, the weather and very little of her own. The Apocalypse version does better in one respect: it starts her as a thief in Cairo, so the offer she accepts is an offer of power from someone who sees her, which is at least a decision.
Her one great scene is in The Last Stand, arguing with Charles about whether being cured is something anyone should want. She is the only person in that film who treats the question as personal.
