The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Two men who barely tolerate each other are made to work together after the shield they both have a claim on is given to somebody else.

Six months after Avengers: Endgame, Sam Wilson has handed the shield to a museum and the United States government has taken it back out and given it to a soldier of its own choosing. What follows is a road film about two people who each think the other is the problem, wrapped around a genuine argument about what the shield means when a government is holding it.

The antagonists are the best thing in it: a group who were better off during the five years everyone was gone, and who are being pushed back out of the countries that took them in.
