Tony Stark's driver, bodyguard and friend, who outlives the job and ends up looking after the kid Tony left behind.
Harold “Happy” Hogan is Tony Stark’s bodyguard and close friend, and the head of security for Stark Industries. Jon Favreau, who directed the first two Iron Man films, plays him in all of them and kept playing him long after he stopped directing. Stark later makes him head of asset management for the Avengers. After Stark’s death he becomes a mentor to Peter Parker, and is romantically drawn to Peter’s aunt May.
The reader who sent this list wrote that he later becomes “forehead of security”, which is a joke about the character rather than a mistake about him, and it stays here as sent.
Show detailsEight, and what is not counted
Wikipedia counts him in eight projects: the three Iron Man films, the three Tom Holland Spider-Man films, Endgame and Deadpool & Wolverine. Infinity War is not among them, and neither is Brand New Day. The same page records two alternate versions in the animated What If…?, one of whom becomes a Hulk-like creature called Freak after a dose of Banner’s blood, and a Sir Harold Hogan in a 1602 universe; neither is counted for a live-action person.
